Nothing to get very excited about but you know every little bit helps! Plus we get a farm deferral on the property taxes. :-) I like seeing the land being productive. Last year we did plant more trees around the house area but it's hard to see them in the photos as they aren't very big yet. This isn't the Wet Side so it's a lot harder to grow things! The Col. dreams of more landscaping etc. but at this point in our lives we are just trying to keep on top of the regular maintenance. Besides, one reason we like it here is that we can see out. The kids get the experience the whole forest effect when we go visit the Grandparents. Although The Boy would love more trees to climb and build tree forts in. Yes, we make a little bit.
