Life with three kids, five acres, a dog and only two, semi-sane adults. (...the nervous twitch is barely perceptible!)

When you told me you'd gotten a new bread machine and said the name, I didn't make the connection. However, after looking at it (thank you for the handy little link) I see it is the same one I told you about a couple of years back that is recommended for gluten free breads.......and if I ever get one, this is the one I'd get. Spendy, but well worth it in terms of quality and what it can do. Good choice! Now I may have to come visit just to use your bread machine.
